How long does shipping take?
1-2 working days to NSW, Victoria, ACT, Queensland, South Australia.
2-3 working days to Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania

Is everything in stock on the website?
All products are in stock we carry over 500,000 units in our warehouse. Sometimes we maybe out of a size for a week but we do our best to keep everything stocked. If we are out what we can't fill will go onto back-order and will be sent once it arrives.

Do we have minimum orders?
No there are no minimums you can order as much or as little as you like.

Payment?
All orders are to be prepaid before shipping. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Or direct debit into our Australian bank account.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders received before midday are sent out the same day as long as they don't need to be relabelled.

Can we order samples?
Yes you can. Please fill out the order form and email us what you need. These will be invoiced out at the normal wholesale price

Do we make labels?
No we don't make labels. For labels contact.

How long does re-labelling take?
Re-labelling takes 5-10 working days depending on how many re-labelling jobs we have at the time.
