Sample Orders: Samples will be invoiced out and credited once returned. Samples must be returned for a credit within 15 days from date of the invoice and be in the same condition as sent.

Terms: All orders must be paid before being sent.

Shipping: All orders are packed and sent out once payment is received.

Returns & Exchanges: Must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No goods will be credited if they have been screenprinted, washed, or altered.
